Refund policy

Returns
We gladly accept returns of items purchased for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your garment must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
If you require a refund please send us an email at hello@rawluxury.com.au to notify us of your request. Please send your item to 8/35 Nelson St, Woollahra, NSW, 2025. Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. 
The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your garment for a different size / style etc, send us an email at hello@rawluxury.com.au to notify us of your request. Send your item to: 8/35 Nelson St, Woollahra, NSW, 2025. Once the item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then send the item you wish to exchange the original item with.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 8/35 Nelson St, Woollahra, New South Wales, AU 2025

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
